How I Start Off My Day To Be A Good One! | Meditating
How you start your day is soooo important! I always want to start my day off the best I can because I always want my day to be the best it can be. I set a scheduled routine for the most part everyday. Before I go to bed every night I plan for something the next day to look forward to which makes it easier for me to wake up. I set my alarm to as early as 8:30 in the morning. After I do the usual brush my teeth, I go to the kitchen make myself coffee or hot water and lemon. My most relaxing part of the day is this part. I go outside, take a magazine or book I am enjoying at the moment and just sit and relax and enjoy my beverage. It is so beyond relaxing to really just sit there in fresh air and hear and pay attention to the trees, the wind, the cars going by, and the animals. It all really is so relaxing and beautiful. It is the time I meditate and make it "ME" time. I think everyone should find a time in their day to really just sit and relax, even if its just for an hour or 15 minutes. Meditate and make "Me" time for yourself. It makes a difference in your mood and day and most importantly, yourself. It sets the vibe for the rest of the day and always remember, you have full control over your mood and how you want your day to go. And if starting your day means you sit outside and hear the birds chirp and meditate, then do it! What an impact it can make.
